11/21 NB - called Travis* per the below (he is POC, James separated years ago). Says they noticed an issue with loading system / backup stretcher. Darrell needs to evaluate on-site. Shared dispatch email in the event they can't get it to hold a charge before PM appt (says they were charging it today, just noticed the issue yesterday).


11/21 KKelch James called me bc they need a repair on their cot with the loading system and to schedule the PM service needed. I offered 12/2 between 9 and 11 am for servicing and sent chatter to LOberg/NBeierschmitt to begin the repair request. 

9/26 LO Reached out to contacts on account Maria and Janice to find the best contact person

9/4 KKelch James called me back to let me know that he is no longer the site contact for this site. Placed on hold for new contact. 

9/4 KKelch called James to schedule for 9/9 between 12 and 1 pm. Left VM.
