10/29 MOwens Sent FU email to Monica asking to reschedule for next open Fri. 11/7. Monica replied back to the email that Fri. 11/7 works for her.


10/24/25 RCook- Spoke with receptionist states that Monica has already left for the day. She took my information and stated she would have Monica call me back on Monday to schedule.
