11/4/25 AJinerson - Called Jeremy Harris back and confirmed rescheduling tech visit to Friday, 11/14 with eta between 9am-11am. 

Will follow up and send email to POC Jeremy confirming this and list of equipment tech will bring. 


Jeremy had questions about billing/services for a repairment on an oxygen concentrator - asking if we service these in the field, or if this would be a depot situation.
