@Dylan Nakoff Hi Dylan! This WO was created today, 9/2 with an SLA of 1/1/25 (past due) which I believe was an error. Site already had their annual inspection serviced in January 2025. That being said, do we need this WO yet, or does this need to be canceled and have a new WO created closer to the actual SLA of January 2026? CC @Mark Franks @Stephanie Ramen
