9/8/25 AMW - Performed annual inspection on all medical equipment located. Total of 52 pieces of equipment inspected. Only 1 failure, UMF table will not raise or lower. I called UMF and gave them POC information for repair. They will be completing the repair no follow up needed. Notified POC of inspection findings and completion.
