9/11/25- EColon- Completed inspection on 1 portable otoscope, staff onsite said this was the only portable unit. BAT device was not onsite during last inspection, staff said it was recently returned to facility after inspection in August. Completed inspection on bat device and tagged unit. Pediatric scale in room 1 and Exam light in Exam 13 was said to be missed but both were tested and tagged in August. Exam table in room 3 was inspected in August but missing tag. Reinspected all units and ensured they were tagged.
9/3 MOwens Called and spoke to Kristi. Scheduled for the first open date on 9/11. She said that will work for her.
