I need a phone call from the tech when he is on site next Tuesday- 602-848-4278 The work order 67951 date created: 9/3/25

This has been elevated to upper management, and I need to be updated before the tech leaves the location please.


Invoice work order # 66714 dated 7/9/25 - that description of work performed is a bit concerning as the scale was not calibrated to match correctly.

This is off again by 4 pounds, and this scale is under one year old.


Work Performed: 7/14/2025 Mike Huffman. Using the four feet levelers, leveled the scale. Calibrated the scale with 50 lbs of calibrated weight. Scale displays 26.8 lbs when 25 lbs is on scale. Scale displays 54.0 lbs when 50 lbs are on scale. Called Midmark, spoke to Shane. Calibrated the scale. Scale displays 51.2 lbs when 50 lbs are on the scale. Scale displays 25.6 lbs when 25 lbs are on the scale. I showed onsite contact Sarah the display with 25lbs and 50lbs on scale. There are no attachments to the work order to obtain a customer signature.


That work order did not have the scale fully calibrated to reading accurately . 1.2 pounds may not seem like a lot but when it comes to medicine it is very important that these scales are 100% accurate.
