**Tried to re attach a locking nut but noticed that the bolt that it attaches to was also damaged and actually had broken off the end with the threads for the locking nut to attach to. **Spoke with Lori and informed her that the wheelchair was unable to be fixed to the the fact that we are unable to get parts for this type of wheelchair. **Spoke with a rep at MRIequip and they I formed me that that serial number and model of wheelchair has been discontinued and no parts are available.
