9/9/25 AJinerson - Received email from POC Darcie requesting to push this to arrival between 1pm-3pm instead.


9/9/25 AJinerson - Sent email to POC Darcie regarding tech arrival closer to between 12pm-2pm now.

(tech has vehicle recalls and is needing to take care of that morning of 9/10, pushing back this arrival time).

🔧 Work Performed
Checked all functions on table and couldn't find any issue, tested all 4 handles on bottom of table that controls all functions with no issues. Darcie stated she called Medsurface when the issue occurred, unplugged the table from the outlet and plugged it into a different outlet, and hasn't had any issues since. She just wanted EMSAR to come out and make sure, couldn't find any issues.
