9/10/25 RCook- Spoke with Karen, rescheduled 9/15/25. Arrival time between 8-10AM. States this is the soonest we can schedule with the site due to appts they already have scheduled.  


9/9/25 RCook- Per BKnudson, technician's vehicle was broken down and could not get to site.


9/8/25 RCook- Spoke with Karen, advised that technician is having vehicle issues and we will need to reschedule. Rescheduled for 9/9/25. Arrival time between 8-10AM. 


9/8/25 RCook- Received teams message from LYoder stating: yes reschedule dustins monday, he should have his van back today



9/8/25 RCook- Received email from DAntolin to LYoder stating: I've already emailed Jim and IT about a replacement phone. Still waiting on that. 


The GMC dealership has my new truck key, but enterprise fleet wanted other services done, transmission flush, oil change, etc. and said that will be done around noon or after.


Sent teams message to LYoder stating: Lawrence Yoder I just saw the email from Dustin about his vehicle. Am I needing to reschedule the WOs on his calendar for today or does he have a rental or using his personal vehicle?

spoke with Katie, and I gave her the WO# and told her a coordinator would call them to schedule the visit

🔧 Work Performed
Tested functionality of all handpieces. Only HS handpiece 1 loses constant water flow. Lifted top lid to check for pinched water lines and leaks. Water line from the tri-block to the HS handpiece was being pressed down on from the lid. Readjusted water and air lines to relief pressure. Cut and shortened water lines to reduce the possibility of it being pinched again. Completed several compressor cycles and verified full functionality of all handpieces.
