🔧Work Performed
I arrived on location and meet with POC Kat. They had an animal on the table where X-ray unit is located. I had to wait 30 min for area to come available. I found unit operational. Found that articulating arm with tube head was drifting. I then removed the shell covers on the arm and took the 8mm T handle tool that was sent to the customer to adjust the spring on the arm. I then adjusted the arm from drifting down. I then had POC Kat test the arm to her likings. Unit did not need any further adjusting. Covers was placed back on the arm and unit was placed back in service.
