🔧 Work Performed
11/13-DK- INSTALLED TEMPERATURE SAFETY THERMOSTAT AND SAFETY THERMOSTAT. RAN TEST CYCLE. UNIT WORKING PROPERLY AT THIS TIME. 09/10/2025 - JWD Located Autoclave machine and confirmed issue. Both Themastat's are causing the unit to overheat leaving a black charred crunchy residue in the bottom of the chamber. Checked the continuity on both Thermastat's and both failed. Will put part orders in for both Thermastat's Part Number#01620004 and Part #01620103. Notified POC of the issue and will get approval to purchase parts.
