i arrived on location at 9:30 meet with Kisha Gobin. She then took me to area that table will be install. Delivery team arrived on location. Un boxed and took table off pallet unit was rolled into the building to exam room 2. I then set unit up for operation. I the function tested unit and it passed all test. Unit was cleaned. Donjue Williams the came did final inspection and function tested unit it passed all test. Unit was placed back in serviice and POD checklist was sign by delivery team and POC of facility.
