9-12-2025 JR – Original issues (motor high power and active inlet valve leaks) were resolved, but new leaks developed. Additional parts order required; status changed to reschedule pending parts.

🔧 Work Performed
Repaired Agilent G1312 Binary Pump.
🔍 Technician Findings
During PM pump seal replacement, reassembling Channel A pump head revealed damaged mounting posts causing misalignment and triggering a pump drive "motor power high” error. Unstacked solvent tray, degasser, and pump modules, opened pump module top, replaced pump drive assembly with refurbished exchange unit, verified proper alignment, and restacked modules. Additional issues: Active Inlet Valve leaking — attempted cartridge replacement, replaced complete AIV assembly. Restriction capillary (mixing capillary to pressure sensor) leaking — replaced capillary. Outlet ball valve leaking — replaced valve and adsorber capillary. Performed leak test, system pressure test, valve test, and pump elasticity calibration; all tests passed (as documented in PM work order SO 6007983923). Pump operated normally under load.
