While measuring the gas flows of the back FID for the Flow Accuracy test of the Operational Qualification, the hydrogen gas flow was found to be out of specification. Replaced the EPC module for the back FID and measured the gas flows again. After parts replacement, all gas flow measurements were found to be within the acceptable limits.
