9/12 KKelch called Sheridan to schedule for 9/15 between 12:30 and 1:30 pm. Customer confirmed.
🔧Work Performed
I arrived on location and meet with POC Sheridan. I found that the table was dead. I then removed the top cover of the table and set aside. I hten took m y volt meter and tested the electrical outlet and found had power at the outlet. I then checked the power cord and found that the power cord was in the port but was not plugged all the way in the power port. After plugging in the cord I got the two beeps. I then went to the floor pedal and function tested the table and unit was working. I then did 4 revolution up and down and chair passed all test. Brought the POC back in the room with unit and advised her what I had found she also function tested the unit and unit worked and passed all test. I then placed the cover back on the unit and unit was placed back in service.
