916-223-5277 Podiatry MOB 1st floor 916-580-4894 1.7-2.1 10/3/25 - chair beeping when going up and down, also stops, tested sensors board and motor, found motor was causing issue, part on order 10/13/25 - Installed new lift motor found chair was having the same issue, Midmark sending new part 10/22 - Installed part send, still having issue, called Midmark, they said part should have come with a new position sensor, Midmark sending part 10/29 - Installed new position sensor set to 1.9 in highest position and attempted calibration, still finding same issue, Midmark sending new board. 11/7/25 - Installed new main board, successfully calibrated chair
