🔧Work Performed
Contacted Joerns Technical Support (800-826-0270). They were unable to provide a wiring diagram. Based on the current condition of the lift, Technical Support advised that the unit is unsafe for use and recommended replacement.
Parts not used
🔍Technician Findings
Patient lift not operating (no upward or downward movement). Battery is fully charged and the remotes function correctly on a working unit.
Top pulley assembly disconnected.
Base wiring is worn and disconnected.
Multiple technicians have previously worked on this unit per maintenance technician.

@Keith Fricke Hi Keith, Odd customer here but Joerns is trying to get this customer serviced ASAP and for whatever reason they needed us to order the parts.. anyway, they are working on getting these shipped out ASAP but they need the either PO we used to order them or the order number to make sure these are send asap. Do you have that information for parts order 00081655?
