11/14 MOwens Per Eric, This repair work can't be scheduled until after Thanksgiving because no one will be working at this location. Scheduled for 12/2 between 8-5pm.

11/12 MOwens Called to speak to Eric Troxler. Left a vm about scheduling the repair visit for next week.

11/11/25 AJinreson - Reassigning WO from original tech to new tech who will be traveling to cover all repairs.


11/10/25 AJinerson - Original assigned FSE will be shipping parts to new FSE RCole who will be covering all repairs at this site. All WOs will be scheduled together once FSE has all parts ETA/in hand and has availability to travel in to cover.
