Belts are free from high wear or fraying. Cycle tested chair in all positions, product fully operational.
Reviewed inspection results with customer, and returned product to service.
Noticeable physical damage on device Follow-up required. Parts Needed- Emsar to follow up with quote for needed replacement part. Needs new wheels, traxx and gas spring

11/14 MOwens Per Eric, This repair work can't be scheduled until after Thanksgiving because no one will be working at this location. Scheduled for 12/2 between 8-5pm.
11/12 MOwens Called to speak to Eric Troxler. Left a vm about scheduling the repair visit for next week.
11/6/25 AJinerson - WOs released into RFS 11/5 with 1 WO remaining in awaiting parts. Confirmed w/ tech SUP and ASC to assign to FSE who will plan to travel to Daytona to cover all WOs once remaining WO is in RFS (due to parts).
11/5/25 RCook- Still waiting on parts for WO-01305773 and WO-01305772. Updated due date
evalauation - replaced damaged 4" ez glide wheels 2(2748078) - replaced ez glide power traxx track belts 2 (2831644) - replaced ez glide 6 : wheels 2(2748087) - replaced gas spring 1 (2310139)
