9/12/25 SReich - Went to vm and mailbox is full. Sending an email.

**Tested voltage to wall to confirm 120v. All good. **Checked pins on remote to confirm no damage. All good. **Spoke with brian @midmark and he had me remove bottom cover in order to trouble and chexk supply voltage etc. Everything checked out good. **Called and spoke with jason and he had me look to see if paper rolls were under patient surface pressing down on plastic engaging limit switches. That was the issue **Function & cycle tested to confirm no other issues.
