🔧Work Performed
Arrived on site and could not get onto doc to park like customer believed, so went to park in structure. Made my way to expo entrance but was informed by security i could not enter without approval. Called POC and once she met me at entrance we had to wait to get head of security to give approval for me to enter expo. Followed instructions for installations of unit but came to a stop when both did not have power so had to wait for power.used time to figure out how to get pallet and boxes out of expo, talked to multiple people and security until determining that i was not allowed to take pallet through casino floor and would need to pay fee to be allowed onto dock and get pallet out. once that resolved finished installation of unit. function tested and no issues found
10/22 Arrived at dock and had expo team remove pallet from truck and take into expo hall. Powered down unit and deinstalled unit ensuring to pack unit and with no plastic ties used ratchet straps which were purchased to secure unit to pallet. completed deinstall and customer ensured unit ready for shipping.

‼️ @Brendan Chaney Following up on the Venetian panels situation -- The address where these were originally shipped is the Freeman consignment warehouse.
We need to ship the panels directly to the tech whereever he is.

@Nicole Floyd Installation and removal should be separated, WO-1304226 is for removal. Tech has combined the timesheets both jobs under this WO. Please confirm if this is correct process.
