10/29/25 AJinerson - Received call back from POC LaBrittanee Jones needing to push this out and reschedule to Tuesday, 11/18. Confirmed rescheduling w/ same arrival instructions, but POC on site will be Labrittanee Jones. 


10/29/25 AJinerson - Called LaBrittanee to schedule tech visit. They said Tuesday, 11/11 works best for them. They will be open as early as 7:30 AM and clinic doesn't start until 2PM so tech will have all morning/early afternoon with the equipment. 

I let her know arrival may be later in the morning between 9AM-11AM as tech has a 2 hour drive.

9/25/25 AJinerson - Per chatter from ASM - proceed w/ scheduling for SLA given to get them back in regular rotation since they were out of compliance LAST year.
