Cot has a worn gas spring for back rest/ Fowler Noticeable physical damage on device Follow-up required. Parts Needed- Emsar to follow up with quote for needed replacement part.

11/20/2025 CRamen left a vm for Joshua to return call to schedule for Monday 11/24/2025 with tech arrival between 8-10am. Call logged on WO-01304646. Parts order will need to be cancelled on this
