We had a technician out already to look at it and we decided to start with a new gasket which we have received and are able to install that ourselves. I was under the impression we would be in contact if the gasket replacement didn't fix our problem. Thank you!

10/1/25 RCook- Sent message in West district chat stating: Michael Burris David Carvalho I talked to Michael last week about Michah returning to CO for the Midmark repair and I talked to Carvalho about possibly sending Michael Morris to WY and CO. Michael Morris has local work that he needs to complete on Tuesday and an inspection on Friday. He also has another local WO that needs to be scheduled for next week. Can Michah take the below WOs for next week?

9/30/25 RCook- Spoke with Rachel, advised that parts are due to deliver tomorrow and we are working on coordinating a technician to her area and will call back as soon as possible to schedule


9/26/25 RCook- Sent teams message to DCarvalho stating: David Carvalho WO-01304777- This WO needs a return visit. This is a Midmark repair in GLENROCK,, WY due 10/1/25. Jason Morris is traveling next week and Micah will be in Salt Lake City on Thursday but then has a church event on Friday. Michael Morris is out of the district next week. I am leaning towards using Michael Morris the week of 10/6 because he is open Monday-Thursday because I know that Micah prefers to be home on Wednesday's by 6. Thoughts?

09-24 JMorris: Ordered a PM kit, customer will replace. Can close call when verification of arrival of PM kit.

9-18 Mburris called site and reset appt with Rachel

9/18/25 CDempsey- tech called in sick today. Will review options.

9/17 KKelch called Rachel to schedule for tomorrow between 12 and 1 pm. Customer confirmed. She also confirmed background/credentialing/PPE is not required for this site. 

9/16 KHardison, Spoke to Ann Marie regarding WO. Advised that a coordinator will call for scheduling.

🔧 Work Performed
Reseated the connectors. Reseated power cable. Screen was nice and dark characters. Ran test cycle and halfway through it went blank. Checked voltages on board to display and it was within range (over 4.5VDC). After cycle and cooling down with power reset was back to half normal density. Door seals are leaking during initial cycle.

Screen goes blank/almost blank during operation. Door seals need replaced.
