09/17/2025 SRobinson-Called Brian Bostick, 1(520) 792-1490 x16899. Went to automated message with no option to type in Ex. Unable to speak with anyone or LM. Going to send email with WO# to brian.bostick2@va.gov.

🔧 Work Performed
Tech started by checking the functions on the foot pedal and the touch pad. Tech had no up and down function, but tilt and foot section worked. Tech opened up the back cover to expose the board and tech did a PC Board test. Tech unplugged J1 and J2 and moved J3 over to J1 and J4 over to J2. Tech function tested the board to see if it would go up and down, and nothing happened. Tech called Midmark and talked to, Jason, and explained what was going on. Jason and tech both agreed that the chair needs a new PC Board. Customer agreed to the part and a second trip. Update 10/2/2025 - Tech was handed the parts to the chair. Tech installed the new PC Board. When tech went to calibrate the chair, the chair would not calibrate. Tech called Midmark and spoke to Brian. Tech explained to Brian what was going on and he asked tech if he checked the voltage to the sensors, tech explained that he has never done that before and Brian said you have on each 647 chair. Brian sent over the info on how to do so to tech's email. Tech reviewed on how to check. After talking to Brian he had tech jump a few connections and tech got the chair to go up. Tech had to remove the shrouds to get on the inside of chair. Brain had tech check the connections and tech found that the wire had come off one of the limit switches. After tech plugged it back in, Brain talked tech through how to calibrate the chair. Chair calibrated, and tech put the shrouds back on chair. Tech was on the phone with Brian for about an hour.
