Inspected cot to confirm the product is free from pinch or cut hazards. All welds and assemblies are intact, hardware is properly secured. Cycle tested cot in all positions. Loaded and unloaded cot with fastener. Cot fully operational, reviewed inspection results with customer, returned cot to service. Noticeable physical damage on device Follow-up required. Parts Needed- Emsar to follow up with quote for needed replacement part. Cot is in need of operator end brakes due to damage/worn. The red handle needs all new hardware, screws, bolts, washers, spacers etc due to loose and/or missing. The foot rest screws are sheared off and the foot rest moves and pivots freely. Load wheels need replaced as the internal washer is severely worn and they wobble and the treads are almost all gone/completely gone. 2 wheel lock kits, 1901145 1 red handle kit, 1901506 2 spacers/bushings, 8661650 2 load wheels, 0904054 2 screws, 3352338 2 washers, 3853900

11/14/25 NatoshaB - Leah has reached out to me multiple times re: WO delays. Claims tech no-showed 11/12 appt. Was unaware of call to Kurt but call was made well after appt. start time.

***BILLING - Please chatter Lauren & Natosha before closing for review. Poss discount due to parts delay and tech reschedule on day of 11/12 (original appt).


11/12/2025 CRamen spoke to Kurt and re-scheduled for Tuesday 11/18/2025 with tech arrival between 12-1pm.

Got held up at first stop.  At steel valley and just wrapping up one load and will be startling looking for charging issues shortly. Not going to make it to funeral home by 1 or at all today
