10/8/25 CDempsey- wo complete. however Curtis has to leave open while he travels home.

10/3/25 RCook- LM with Brad advising to disregard previous VM and our technician will be onsite on 10/7/25. 


10/3/25 RCook- Spoke with Curtis states that he spoke with Agilent and the parts for the VPD in Bryan, TX will not arrive for about 2 weeks and he can go to CO on Monday and complete service on Tuesday as planned.


10/3/25 RCook- Called Brad Rice to reschedule for 10/8/25. Technician will be traveling to Bryan TX on 10/6/25 and will not be able to travel to CO. LM with Brad to reschedule. Waiting for return call. 


10/3/25 RCook- Spoke with Brad Rice, states that he cannot wait to do this repair/PM until the parts for WO-01306736 come in and is desperate to get this completed as they are currently using a loaner. Scheduled for 10/7/25. Arrival time between 8-10AM.

per email from from Bradley Rice/locations: I'm unable to get ahold of anyone at Agilent or EMSAR to coordinate a date for repair. I've had the service parts in my office for a couple of weeks now.

Per email from Wm. George: Please assist; all parts are delivered.

 

9/29/25 RCook- LM with Bradley Rice to discuss parts and WO-01306736(parts have not shipped). Need to schedule these WOs together. 


9/26/25 RCook- LM with Bradley Rice to advise WO has been received and confirm parts. 


9/26/25 RCook- Sent teams message to DCarvalho stating; David Carvalho Do you know what the plan for Curtis is for next week? I see that he is going to OR for a couple of VPD WOs but I only see travel into OR. I have a VPD in CO for him, was this part of the plan. Send him to OR then CO after?

Arrived onsite. Met with POC Brad. Brad led me to unit. Unit wasn't functioning. Performed PM with parts sent to customer from Agilent. Performed function test on unit and showed customer the burned filaments and spec tube. Unit was functioning perfectly. Customer was happy with results.
