9/18/25 SReich - Spoke to Crystal, gave her the WO # and told her someone would be reaching out to schedule. 

🔧 Work Performed
9-30-25-MBRAC-THE MOTOR CONTROL HUB PCB AND THE PC BOARD WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THE PC BOARD BLEW FUSES AFTER REPLACING HUB PCB. I CONTACTED MIDMARK ABOUT A PC I HAD IN STOCK AND IT WAS THE CORRECT PART NUMBER SO I REPLACED BOARD AND DID CALIBRATION AND FUNCTION PER MIDMARK SPECS AND PUT BACK IN SERVICE. 9-19-25-mbrac-after diagnosing codes and chair functions determined the chair needed a motor hub board.
