12/15/25JMocefi - requested parts cancelation on work order. Will close out once that has been completed.
12/15 JJ: Mopec has SR closed on their end. Pls close work order and bill for work performed.
11/18/25JMoceri - sent a message to mopec asking about parts.
10/13/25JMoceri - sent a email to mopec checking on parts. Waiting for a response.
9/26/25Jmoceri - mopec is trying to make sure parts are available.
9/18/2025 CRamen spoke to Ruben 614.234.6001 and scheduled for tomorrow Friday 9/19/2025 between 1-3pm.
🔧Work Performed
opened parts and noticed parts dont match what is on unit. spoke to mopec and they said to install what was sent. had to cut pipe to remove parts. started to reconnect and found parts dont fit. Called again and they stated those are the parts and this unit needs the older parts. Asked mopec to ship out the correct parts.
