10/7 MOwens Called back and spoke to Tammy. She said the wrong machine was show to the tech on 10/6 to work on. She is not sure that they are going to repair this unit. I told her she will need to call Midmark to let them know that and she will call me back to let me know as well.

9/29 MOwens Called and spoke to Tammy Hudson. I told her the parts will arrive on 9/30 by EOD. She said she will watch for them. I offered Mon 10/6 as the first available for my tech because both tech's are working out of state this week. She said 10/6 with eta between 9-10am will work for her. She will be onsite on 10/6 when the tech arrives.

She said the parts will be put by the unit that is being repaired once they are delivered on 9/30

9/19 MOwens Called and spoke to Tammy and scheduled the repair visit for 9/24with arrive between 11-1.

09/18/2025 SRobinson- Called Tammy Hudson, (615) 626-6015. It went to VM, LM with WO# and advised a coordintor will be reaching out to schedule. 

🔧 Work Performed
09-24-25- I turned unit on and compressor wouldn't shut off. I shut unit off and didnt see any leaking. I contacted MidMark Tech support and teste the solenoid. Solenoid is bad and leaking, needs to be replaced. Waiting on approval from customer to order part. 10/06/2025 JWD Replaced 1000 Solenoid 115V part# 002-1148-00 and replaced muffler 1/8 Bronze that screws into solenoid part# 002-1143-00. Will attach copy of packing slip with file. Also issue with pressure in which I was able to fix while there and did a complete functionality test to ensure unit was working properly
