01/07/25 LY - lamp module was shipped and installed by customer. no need for further intervention
10/15/2025 Sramen - had to manually put this wo back into incomplete status after the tech reassignment was made.10/15/2025 CRamen Per Lyoder in scheduling Pod chat to remove Bruce from WO and to re-assign accordingly. Assigning to Dustin as the closest tech. Messaged LYoder on Incomplete status

Contacted MidMark (Devin) explained situation with customer needing to get approval for part/s
Devin requested to leave WO open for time being.
9/22/25 RCook- Spoke with Ashley, scheduled for 9/23/25. Arrival time between 8-10AM.
9/19/2025 CRamen was going to call and schedule for Bruce to do repair but LYoder is trying to get a hold of Bruce to check on if /when hes going to be available.
9/19/25 SReich - Spoke to Brent, gave him the WO # and told him someone would be reaching out to schedule.
🔧Work Performed
Disassembled high speed drill head cleaned conditioned and replaced head and turbine kit (kit supplied by customer)
Trouble shot multiple scenarios for water/air leak
Finally able to trace water leak to air separator called MidMark (Shawn) explained findings video called trouble shot found bad lamp module

Unit having high speed drill issues leaking not holding burs running weird cutting out
