9/30/25 RCook- Received confirmation from Kenneth confirming scheduled date of 10/2/25 with an arrival time between 11AM-1PM. Kenneth did not answer site questions about site restrictions and POC. Sent again asking to confirm that information.
9/30/25 RCook- Emailed Kenneth Davis to schedule for 10/2/25. Arrival time between 11AM-1PM. Waiting for confirmation. See logged email.

🔧Work Performed
- investigated reported issue: EKG taking long time to load when turning on and will sometimes reboot randomly.
- observed a slow boot up time from a power off state. Normal start up time from sleep mode
- unable to replicate random reboot
- performed calibration check and functional checks.
- obtained solid stable readings on battery power and on plugged power
- printer functioning properly
- let run on battery power to observe battery drain speed
- waited on battery to be delivered via UPS.
- installed new battery, performed all tests again
- no issues found. Equipment functioning as intended
- debriefed POC of findings, work performed, and recommendations
- equipment returned to service
