🔧 Work Performed
Assisted the delivery crew with installing the exam light brackets and paper roll holders on the chairs. Transported the chairs to the 3rd Floor, 3B Surgery Clinic. Two chairs were left on furniture dollies provided by UC Davis, while the other two were placed on the floor. Function tested all chairs and confirmed they are operating properly. Also tested the exam lights and verified full functionality. Disconnected the power cords and placed them in the front bottom trays along with the chair manuals and documentation. The exam lights and foot controls were placed on top of the respective chairs.
🔍 Technician Findings
Met with POC (Kenya Silver) to coordinate where the delivery crew would temporarily stage the chairs, as the Podiatry Department was occupied and unable to accommodate placement in the final designated locations at this time. It was decided that the chairs would be staged at 4868 X St, Sacramento, CA 95817, on the 3rd Floor, 3B Surgery Clinic.
