Chief Mark Chapple for a 6390 Stryker power load sn 2406012700026 that the cot is not raising when being pulled out due to an adjuster cap jammed under the trolley positioning sensor. After removing the transfer and trolley, removed the anchor and pulled the FE assembly out of the anchor. Found that the anchor actuator pin assembly had 2 springs instead of one installed in manufacturing causing the springs to smash together and make it hard to depress the trigger down. Extra spring was removed and anchor was put back together. Transfer and trolley where reinstalled and the load system is now functioning as it should. Repair service and evaluation was completed

Trigger takes more pressure then it has since it was put in service to get cot to release and jog up. Customer states worse when pt weight and they have had instances in the past 2 days where they have had to make the patients walk into the hospital because the cot wont release at all.
