9/22 KKelch called Connie to schedule for tomorrow between 9 and 10 am. Customer confirmed. 

9/22/25 SReich - Spoke to Connie, gave her the WO # and told her someone would be reaching out to schedule.  

🔧 Work Performed
I then removed the foot control, and the hand control would make the chair move. I then disconnected the hand control and connected the foot control. I was able to make the chair move with the foot control. I then connected both controllers and the chair was able to move. I was then advised by Midmark to keep the hand control connected and disconnect the foot control. Midmark is doing a test to see if the foot control was the problem. Customer will call Midmark if the chair fails or if they would like a new foot control.
🔍 Technician Findings
On the 630, I arrived and found that the chair had power but would not respond when the foot or the hand control's buttons are pushed.
