09/25/2025 degasser and Gradient valve showed corrosion, they were replaced. Pump was assembled together, and it was flushed thoroughly with IPA, leak test keeps failing for 600, 400,200 psi, primary and secondary chamber >10ul , no visible leaks. LC FSG group was contacted; restrictor capillary was installed to high pressure to eliminate bubbles. Passive and purge valve were replaced. System flushed, leak and pressure tests passed.MD
