12/11 MOwens Reply from Tiffany/Gina Williams confirming the service visit on 12/16.

12/11 MOwens tiffany replied back and requested the tracking info for the parts. I sent the tracking number back to her showing the arrival for the parts on Tomorrow 12/12. I asked if the visit can be scheduled for Tues. 12/16.

12/11 MOwens Sent email to Tiffany requesting to schedule the repair visit for Mon 12/15 if that will work for her. Also asked if she received the parts that were sent to the location.
