12/30/2025 Sramen - updated due date based on parts eta 1/5/2026.

12/30 KSmith -- Scheduled for Monday with Chris. Parts are scheduled to be delivered on 1/5 between 10am-1pm. Site needs unit repaired ASAP which is why we scheduled for same day service. ASC will track part throughout the delay to monitor delivery changes

🔧 Work Performed
Fully inspected unit and performed multiple function tests. Door and door motor are working properly. I did notice water in chamber prior to cycle. After further inspection i found the fill valve having issues, causing the unit to lose water as soon as it filled chamber. fill valve stuck open. unable to start cycle with no water. replaced the vent fill valve assembly and ran unwrapped cycle. Unit is now keeping water in the chamber for beginning of cycle. During heating the unit is expelling water back into the reservoir through the vent valve. After further inspection i found the vent valve only, not getting power from the pc board. New board required for repair 1/5 PBonang: Found power still not getting to vent valve. It is believed to be board issue or possibly the rectifier between the board and vent valve. Customer id deciding whether or not to keep moving forward with future repairs on this unit. 11-04-2025 New Board Installed, unit still needing attention 1 Additional part is needed to be ordered (no quote needed ) Part # 014-0419-00 Quantity 1 Air Valve solenoid replaced , unit still experiencing issues with over heating . Site has been made aware and are looking into what they want to do with this unit. Site will let us know if a follow up is needed . 1/5 PBonang Still out of service. Possibly needs new pc board although i believe it may be the rectifier from board to vent valve. Customer is deciding on whether to continue repairing as it has been oput of service for so long. Site will be in touch if follow up is needed
