The tech stopped by and stated it would have been a large item - the entire pole and base. 

We did not get such an item. 

I open all of the packages we receive. I searched all areas along with your tech in the event the package was placed

somewhere else by another employee. The center is small with limited storage space. "

Received mobile cart basket alone missing mounting parts and screws. 12/29/2025 Replaced ekg leads and clips and verified function with a SimSlim 12/30/25 MShareed- Met with Sherilyn Thomas provided tracking number for part delivered 12/11. Searched site for part with manager Sherilyn Thomas no part found. Sherilyn Thomas states they did NOT receive the package. 02/06/26 MShareed- Installed new BP mounting bracket kit. Tested BP with site no faults
