This is Stretcher #7 in Bay 7 at the center.
The head of the bed needs to be elevated with both bars pressed. You should be able to adjust head with the left or right clamp pressed
Tech to evaluate adjustment of backrest gas spring release.
12/12/2025 LHill-spoke with Karen Becker at (904) 631-3920. She advised that 12/16 with tech arrival between 11:30-1:30 will work for her.
12/11 MOwens Called to speak to Karen Becker. Left a vm for her to call back to schedule the repair visit for next week after parts deliver on 12/12.
11/17 KHardison, added Q-00031116 for parts order.
10/1 KWeiss, Created case and sent to sales for quoting.
9/29 MOwens Called to speak to Karen Becker. Offered 9/30 between 9-11am for the repair visit. She said that works for her.
She said no special requirements needed for the tech to go onsite.
She will be onsite in the morning and 904-631-3920 is the best contact number for her.

🔧Work Performed
Troubleshoot. Remove back cover. Mechanism is not broken but loose. Lift up bed and inspect cylinder. Cylinder is good. Tried adjusting cylinder. Cylinder is max adjusted. Cable is stretched out. Tried adjusting cable to work. Stretcher needs new cable. Called Stryker. Fowler trip kit. Part number 1105-700-002.
12-16-25. Waited for bed to be available. Replaced and adjusted cylinder Trip / cable. Tested to make sure it properly working per manufacturing specification. EBS051629. Brake was locked up. Adjusted front left brake. Brakes function as they should.
