TECH NEEDS a 50lb weight. This will be Zone 4 Dispatch to the EMSAR, ELKTON, MD location. It is approx. 5 hours round
trip. If a different service location is used, Midmark approval is required before setting up service. Exam room 1. If part(s) are
identified after speaking with Midmark Tech Service, the Service Company Tech must contact the POC for authorization
before ordering. Once approved, notify Midmark immediately. If more time is needed for the customer’s decision to proceed,
inform Midmark Dispatch at 937.688.9175 or dispatch@midmark.com. For assistance, troubleshooting, or parts identification,
contact Veterinary Tech Service at 844-856-1232, option 4. Thank you!
10/8 MOwens Called and spoke to Jill Murphy. Told her the parts from Midmark are being delivered on 10/9 by UPS by EOD. Scheduled the return visit for Friday 10/10 from 2-5pm.

9/29 MOwens Called and spoke to Jill. She said Mon 10/6 is the best day for the tech to come onsite based on their schedule. Told her the Eta would be between 10-12. She said that time works for her.
No special requirements needed for the tech to come onsite.
Jill said she will be onsite that day and the main number is the best contact number for her.
9/26/25 SReich - Spoke to Scarlet, gave her the WO # and told her someone would be reaching out to schedule.
🔧Work Performed
the power supply was replaced. the exam table was tested full range up and down several times without error.
🔍Technician Findings
the display for the scale goes blank when the table is lowered completely down. the power supply to the scale board has a short. A new power power supply 002-1105-002 @ $82.60. Jill approved the new part
