10/17 DCH I completed teh work order but cannot close due to a part order wa placed on the work order from a different VCA location
10/17/25 CDempsey- need to cancel the parts order.
10/16/2025 Sramen - this was moved to RFS while KKelch was PTO and it was not worked by the coverage ASC. KKelch returned 10/6 but this still was not worked for a week. Delay was not parts related but ASC related so I have updated the delay code.
10/15 KKelch called Jennifer to schedule for 10/17 between 12 and 2 pm. Kimberly confirmed.

🔧Work Performed
I arrived on location and was escorted to the union by Kimberley. She then went and go the part that was sent from midmark. I then removed the part from the package and used part # 002-10428-00 X1 scaler Knob kit. After following hte steps of the kit I then function tested the unit and unit passed all test. I hten had customer Kimberly function teste unit and it passed all test of her testing. Then unit was placed back in service.
