09/30/2025 SRobinson- Called Connie Crawford, 1(903) 757-8878 x7335. It went to VM, LM with WO# and advised a coordinator will be reaching out to schedule. 

🔧 Work Performed
I then removed the back cover and cut the zip tie holding the back port in place. I removed the older port and installed the two new ports. I zip ties the wires back into place. I then removed the column covers and made access to the front port. I then cut the zip ties and removed the older port. I installed the new port and re zip tied the cord back into place. I reassembled the chair. I plugged in the hand and the foot control.

On the 630, I arrived and found that the chair was getting power but was not moving when the hand control's buttons were pushed.
