🔧 Work Performed
10/1/25 - While on-site for another WO, I looked at 2 scalers. One unit was waiting for parts from manufacturer. I ran scalers on a working device. See video attached 12/19/2025-Ran scaler multiple cycles for at various different times intervals. The scaler functioned as it should and did not stop working and water flow did not intermittently stop either. unit was returned to service
🔍 Technician Findings
There are multiple units effected with same issue. No SN listed as component to evaluate. I looked at 2 units SN QA08537 and SN QA08534. See attached video of unit 1.
