10/1 MOwens Called and spoke to Angela Chaffin. She said the visit can be scheduled for Mon. 10/6 for the repair visit. Eta will be between 9-11am. She will be onsite when the tech arrives.

spoke with Ashten, and I gave her the WO# and told her a coordinator would call to schedule

🔧 Work Performed
10/6/25- EColon-Arrived onsite, checked in with POC. POC explained where they thought leak was coming from. Turned water on and sprayed nozzle, found leak coming from the nozzle swivel. After further inspection, found leak coming from some of the 90degree brass fittings. Turned water off, removed hoses connected to fittings and threaded fittings further to ensure connection was secure. Reconnected hoses and checked for leaks. Leak no longer present. Called midmark to identify part in nozzle swivel that was leaking. Midmark sending part to replace. Will need to return once part is received. 10/9/25: TCF Sprayer removed. Panel fittings adjusted and tightened. New nozzle installed. Unit tested. Panel reinstalled. Unit demonstrated to customer. Unit best practices demonstrated to customer. Unit moved back to original location.
