10/10 MOwens Called Renee back and moved the schedule date up to Mon 10/13 instead of 10/14 because of a schedule conflict. Renee said Mon work for her in the morning for the visit.
10/1 MOwens Called and spoke to Renee Lewis
She requested the repair visit during the morning on Tues 10/14. She said this is not an urgent repair and she wants to be there when the tech comes onsite. I told her the eta would be between 9-10am.
She said this is a ceiling light so the tech will need to bring a ladder.
