10/10 MOwens Called and spoke to Treasa Nelson. Told her the parts are delivering Today by EOD. Scheduled the return visit for Mon 10/13 with arrival between 8-9am. She said that works for her.

She said she will be the contact onsite that afternoon when the tech arrives to look at the autoclave. The main number is the best way to contact her.

🔧Work Performed
10/03/2025 - JWD - Located Autoclave and confirmed issue. After doing an evaluation and troubleshooting I determined the overheating was coming from the fill valve due to bubbling in the resovior and fill valve due to dripping. Will contact Midmark on 10/6/2025 to order parts.
10/13/2025 - JWD Received parts 002-1101-00 manifold and replaced the old one. attached pack slip to file. Ran 2 cycles to ensure unit was working properly. Notified POC of the completed repair.
