10/14 MOwens Called and spoke to Jessica Carroll. she received the PM kit from Midmark and has it when the tech arrives for the scheduled visit on Thurs. 10/16. Eta between 11am-12pm. I told her this is the first available opening for the tech. She said it works fine for her.
10/8 MOwens Called to speak to Jessica Carroll. She is on PTO thru next Mon. 10/13. I will call her back on 10/14 to schedule the service visit for the dental scaler.
