We are working with Amber Cummings  (copied on this email) to schedule SR 1467180 for the repair of their 626 chairs.

However, the site also has a an exam table that was identified during install as the zero button sticking on the hand controller and are wanting to know if they will be receiving a new hand controller for that table. They are having issues with weight being off due to the button sticking

Could you please advise on how we should proceed with assessing or servicing this unit?

Amber replied back that she has the parts that Midmark sent. Replied back asking Amber what days work the best to schedule the repair visit. Will probably need a full day at least.
